Megan and her bridal party booked us for their hair and makeup the morning of her wedding day in April. There was a fun style and vibe during the morning and wedding day that Hannah Wyles Photography captured so well. Megan’s bridal look was one of a kind with her purple hair and braided flower crown. Her makeup was airbrushed to create a long lasted finish to withstand the weather of the day. The couple spent their ceremony and reception at the Camp River Hall located in Rosedale.

Here is a glimpse of just some of our past wedding season. 2016 went by way to fast for us but we enjoyed every minute of it! As we are organizing with our 2017 brides and clients, I couldn’t help do a recap of my teams previous year and show off our gorgeous clients and vedors we were able to work with!

Marissa & Chad | Riverside Events Photography | The Little White Wedding Chapel

Marissa & Chad had their wedding in her parents corn field in Greendale, BC which is such a fun idea. They led a path way into the field and had the reception in the center under tents. For their Ceremony they got married at The Little White Wedding Chapel in Greendale.
Earlier in the morning my main artist Lianne arrived at Headlox Salon in Chiliwack to do makeup for the bridal party, mom and brides makeup. Lianne loved being at the salon while everyone was getting their hair done. For makeup everyone wanted it soft, light and very neutral. Taylor & Nick | Tanis Katie Photography | Willow Creek Vineyards, Chilliwack

Taylor & Nick got married at her family’s vineyard Willow Creek Vineyard in Chilliwack BC. Her wedding theme, colors and dress were all divine!! lots of white, purple, bling and pretty. I had myself and 3 assitants for a short 3 hour appointment for 7 hair and makeup on Aug 1. For Taylor’s makeup we went with a shimmery gold, plum smokey eye from Makeup Geek and Urban Decay Palettes. With the perfect shade of vibrant plum called Bittersweet by Urban Decay lips to make a statement that she wanted. She had her doubts looking at the color by itself before we applied it ( as we did not decide this until after our makeup trial ) but as soon as i was finished i was so happy the way everything balanced the look out!! she totally rocked that lip!! For skincare we stick the the basics of Clinique oil free mattifying products to help with a long-wearing finish. Her hair I had my assistant take care of without a trial. She was totally in love too, volume, bling, vintage feel with a modern touch is exactly what she got. All of her 5 bridesmaids had such beautiful features to play up, and Long thick hair to create any style they wanted. I love these photos by Tania Katie Photography, and look at this cutie flower girl! i did her makeup and hair and she was grinning the whole time. too Cute!!
